Demolition, site work and asbestos abatement for a municipal facility in Westfield, Massachusetts. Completed plans call for the demolition of a 6,300-square-foot, three-story above grade municipal facility; for site work for a municipal facility; and for asbestos abatement for a municipal facility.
The City of Westfield invites sealed bids for "Demolition of Rectory Building at 6 Union Street." If for any reason City Hall is closed due to an unforeseen circumstance, the bid opening will be held on the next business day at the same time. The Purchasing Director reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids and to award parts of the order to separate bidders if it appears to be in the public interest to do so.
