The gravel supply of 10,000 yards of 3/4 inch gravel (with the required specs as attached (Appendix A)) delivered as follows: 7,000 yards delivered to NE 24-17-14 W3M 3,000 yards delivered to NW 07-18-15 W3M Gravel must be delivered by November 1, 2025 Gravel must be weighed or measured in a procedure agreed upon by both parties (i.e. scaled with tickets for each load, a measurement of the gravel pile before and after hauling, etc.) Council reserves the right to consider tenders with minor omissions provided that the bidder, if successful in the tender awarding, can rectify the omission within five (5) days of the tender being awarded. The Municipality reserves the right to refuse to accept any or all tenders, and the lowest tender will not necessarily be accepted. The Municipality reserves the right to extend the contract up to a total of 3 years
