Site work and renovation of a civil project in Arcola, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project; and water / sewer project.
Wastewater Treatment Plant Expansion (1.4 MGD) Scope of Project: Contractor to furnish all materials, labor, and equipment for the construction of expansion, including but not limited to four (4) reinforced concrete aeration basins, one (1) reinforced concrete splitter box, one (1) reinforced concrete clarifier, one (1) reinforced concrete digester basin, two (2) aeration blowers and attendant piping, three (3) chlorine contact post aeration blowers and attendant piping, and four (4) digester blowers and attendant piping, chemical system modifications, piping, fencing, site grading, dewatering, groundwater and surface water control, drainage, site restoration, electrical, and appurtenances necessary, complete in place. A cashier's check or bid bond in the amount of 5% of the total bid amount must accompany each bid. The successful bidder will be required to provide performance, payment and maintenance bonds for the full amount of the contract. The deadline to ask questions is 3/21/2025 10:00 AM CST The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
