The North Carolina Agriculture Science Center (ASC) is seeking vendor to provide 1 year of maintenance for the Biotek Readers and Washers on Crosslab Silver Equipment. The Contract shall have an initial term of one (1) year. Direct all inquiries concerning this RFQ to: Patsy Kinney Procurement Specialist II At the end of the Contract initial term, the State shall have the option, in its sole discretion, to renew the Contract on the same terms and conditions for up to two (2) additional one-year terms. The State will give the Vendor written notice of its intent to exercise each option no later than thirty (30) days before the end of the Contract then-current term. In addition to any optional renewal terms, and with the Vendor concurrence, the State reserves the right to extend the Contract after the last active term
