Scope of work is to include but not limited to asbestos abatement, demolition and removal of selected portions of building or structure, steel framing and supports where required, surface preparation and application of high-performance coating systems on exterior structural steel members, repair of horizontal, vertical, and overhead concrete surfaces, plumbing removals and associated work including sanitary waste and vent piping and facility storm drainage. All work on this Contract is to be completed within 180 days after the date of the Notice to Proceed. Deposits will be waived for certified Minority and Women Owned and Service Disabled Veteran Owned Businesses.
