Renovation of a mixed-use development in Syracuse, New York. Completed plans call for the renovation of a medical facility.

*C&S Companies request bids by 11:00 AM. Proposals may be hand delivered or mailed to the above location and must be received at such time. Scope of work is to include but not limited to asbestos abatement, demolition and removal of selected portions of building or structure, steel framing and supports where required, surface preparation and application of high-performance coating systems on exterior structural steel members, repair of horizontal, vertical, and overhead concrete surfaces, plumbing removals and associated work including sanitary waste and vent piping and facility storm drainage. All work on this Contract is to be completed within 180 days after the date of the Notice to Proceed. Deposits will be waived for certified Minority and Women Owned and Service Disabled Veteran Owned Businesses. (315) 853-5704. Bids must be submitted in duplicate in accordance with the instructions contained in the Information for Bidders. Security will be required for each bid in an amount not less than five (5) percent of the Total Bid. It is the policy of the State of New York and the State University of New York to encourage minority business enterprise participation in this project by contractors, subcontractors and suppliers, and all bidders are expected to cooperate in implementing this policy. The State University of New York reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
