Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Baddeck, Nova Scotia. Completed plans call for site work for a bridge / tunnel; sidewalk / parking lot; water / sewer project; and for paving for a road / highway.

The primary project is the removal of the existing crib type boardwalk and construction of the new boardwalk as per drawings included in the tender document. The Contractor will provide all labour, equipment, and materials as per the attached plans and specifications. Provisional pricing is to be provided for: 1. Concrete curb (175 metres) and 2 catch basins 2. Concrete sidewalk (78 square metres) 3. Fills between the new boardwalk and new curb to maintain a grade of 250 mm below top of boardwalk (650 cubic metres) 4. Shoulder paving (272 square metres) 5. Street paving (1959 square metres) 6. Watermain replacement including fire hydrant and curb stops 7. Culvert replacement
