The general character of the work for this Project includes supplying all labor, equipment, and materials necessary to perform the following major work items at Briscoe School, 265 N Main Street, Ashland, Oregon: Acquisition of permits and issuance of all required notifications Removal and reinstallation of office and bathroom materials to facilitate removal of existing flooring and installation of new flooring Removal of existing flooring (including adhesive and coving) and disposal of removed material. Work to be completed by a licensed asbestos abatement contractor. Installation of new flooring and coving. They will NOT be mailed to prospective Bidders.
