The following presents the Scope of Work for the Rehabilitate Terminal Aprons Project: Phase 1 (Terminal Apron West) Phase 1 includes the work on the West Side of the existing Terminal Apron. This is the work included in this Phase of the Project: - Expand the Concrete Aircraft Parking Pad by 2 slab-widths to the West - Remove the Bituminous Pavement between the Terminal and the Concrete Aircraft Parking Pad and replace it with Concrete Pavement. - Perform Crack Sealing and Full-Depth Repair on the remainder of this Apron. Mill and overlay around the Concrete Aircraft Parking Pad. - Sealcoat the Bituminous areas on the Apron - Sealcoat the Bituminous areas on the Large Aircraft Tiedown Area - Remark the Pavement. Phase 2 (Terminal Apron East) Phase 2 includes the work on the East Side of the existing Terminal Apron. This is the work included in this Phase of the Project: - Remove the Bituminous Pavement between the Terminal and the Concrete Aircraft Parking Pad and replace it with Concrete Pavement. - Perform Crack Sealing and Full-Depth Repair on the remainder of this Apron. Mill and overlay around the Concrete Aircraft Parking Pad. - Sealcoat the Bituminous areas on the Apron - Sealcoat the Bituminous areas on the Large Aircraft Tiedown Area - Remark the Pavement. Phase 3 (FBO Apron) Phase 3 includes the work on the FBO Apron. This is the work included in this Phase of the Project: - Remove the existing pavement and trench drain from in front of the FBO Hangar Door. Replace the pavement with new concrete pavement and replace the trench drain with a new, wider trench drain. Modify the location of the drainage inlet to match the new location of the trench drain. - Perform Crack Sealing and Full-Depth Repair on the remainder of this Apron. - Sealcoat the Bituminous areas on the Apron - Remark the Pavement. Phase 4 (Fueling Apron) Phase 4 includes the work on the Fueling Apron on the South portion of the Terminal Aprons. This is the work included in this Phase of the Project: - Remove the existing tiedown anchors and backfill those locations with asphalt material. - Mill approximately 2-3/4 of pavement from the entire Apron area. - Perform Crack Sealing and Full-Depth Repair on the Apron. - Place a Bituminous Leveling Course on the Apron. - Place Paving Fabric over the Bituminous Leveling Course. - Place a 2 Bituminous Surface Course over the Paving Fabric. - Sealcoat the Bituminous areas on the Apron - Remark the Pavement. Phase 5 (Small Aircraft Tiedown Area) Phase 6 includes the work on the Small Aircraft Tiedown Area on the East side of the Terminal Aprons. This is the work included in this Phase of the Project: - Perform Crack Sealing and Full-Depth Repair on the Apron. - Sealcoat the Bituminous areas on the Apron - Remark the Pavement.
