Site work, paving and outdoor lighting for a mixed-use development in Hallandale Beach, Florida. Conceptual plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; for outdoor lighting for a sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.
Construction of new crossing at SE/SW 9th Street across the FEC rail tracks, from Dixie Hwy to US1. Includes a new facility possibly grade separated, cost estimates of ROW acquisition for alignment and installation of traffic control. Bike and pedestrian crossings included, and a closure of SE/SW 11th Street FEC crossing is needed. Along SE 9th Street, provide 7' wide sidewalks on both side of the road, on-street parking, buffered 4' wide dual bike lanes, landscaping, pedestrian scale lighting, mill and resurface existing road, and provide all upgrades to meet ADA requirements. As of February 21, 2025, The project is include in the City's 2025-2029 Capital Improvement Program (CIP) *Project information has been obtained through a public capital improvement plan (CIP). A CIP is a financial schedule for short- and long-range projects which is updated regularly. Information listed in the CIP often evolves based on funding availability and the project details, including timeline and value, are subject to change.
