The timeline for award has not yet been established.** The project involves stabiliz-ing an eroded stream em-bankment with geotextile and R-5 to R-7 rip rap. The successful bidder will be required to pay the online Program a fee of 1/3% of the contract value award. There is a minimum award fee of $100.00 and a maximum of $5,000.00. A Pre-Bid conference will not be held. Proposals shall be accompanied by a Bid Bond in the amount of ten percent (10%). Proposals shall be effective for 90 days from the date of opening.
