The City of Quesnel (the City) is seeking proposals from qualified firms to produce and install hot-mix asphalt who can demonstrate the appropriate quality and experience needed to complete the Citys asphalt paving projects in various locations. To be considered for this Work, proponents must propose an appropriate team, present a workplan for completing the Work, and demonstrate suitable knowledge and relevant historical experience. This Request for Proposal (RFP) describes the services sought by the City of Quesnel, the Proposal requirements, and sets out the Citys RFP process, evaluation, and selection process.
