Twp Landscaping for Forecastle Lake Park and Long Boat Road Curbed Island Project for the Township of Stafford GENERAL DESCRIPTION OF THE PROJECT:The project consists of the following: FORECASTLE LAKE PARK - Reforestation of approximately 36,500 SF of an open field area adjacent to Forecastle Lake, consisting of 300 forest tree plantings. 6' to 8' in height, 30 sub canopy trees 6' to 8' in height, 384 forest shrubs, 24 buffer trees 6' to 8' in height and 1,220 LF of 8 foot high deer fence including material, labor and equipment necessary for a complete project. LONGBOAT ROAD - Landscaping of existing 360 SF curbed island consisting of sixteen (16) plantings of various trees, shrubs, grasses, root barrier, native seed mix and mulch including all material, labor and equipment necessary for a complete project. BID SUBMISSION PROCEDURES: Bid must be on the bid form prepared by Owen, Little & Associates, Inc., in the manner designated therein and required by the specifications. Bid must be enclosed in a sealed envelope plainly marked on the outside with the name of the project and the name and address of the Bidder.
