Renovation of a mixed-use development in Dallas, Texas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Company DISD Order this entire project for $527.10 Org 283 - Esperanza "Hope" Medrano Elementary School 1. Provide security updates including cameras, card access readers, and door contacts. 2. Provide secure front vestibule. 3. Replace exterior waterproofing/sealant joints. 4. Install retaining wall around sidewalk. 5. Replace fire alarm system. 6. Provide exterior lighting controls. 7. Replace exterior lights with LED lighting. 8. Provide/replace IDF/MDF air conditioning. 9. Replace one 5-ton roof top unit serving gymnasium. 10. "Replace one roof-top unit serving library (tonnage unknown but assumed to be 5-ton) (cost per DISD direction)". 11. Replace ten (10) toilet exhaust fans. 12. Replace kitchen hoods and fans. 13. Provide new marquee sign. 14. Replace built up roof with gravel system. 15. Repair broken and cracked exterior wall cladding. 16. Perform mild detergent medium pressure wash on stained or mildewed facade. 17. Install concrete flume to prevent erosion. 18. "Remove and replace cracked concrete sidewalk (Includes Alt C4)". 19. Hot water heaters. 20. Replace handrails at the exterior ramp on the west side of the gymnasium, 75 LF. Org 068 - Raul Quintanilla Sr. Middle School 1. Provide security updates including cameras, card access readers, door contacts, and weapon management system. 2. Provide secure front vestibule. 3. Replace built up roof with gravel roof system. (overlay) 4. Provide new marquee sign located at front entry. 5. Replace fire alarm system. 6. Provide exterior lighting controls. 7. Replace exterior lights with LED lighting. 8. Provide interior lighting controls. 9. Replace interior lights with LED lighting. 10. Replace the intercom system. 11. Mechanical/HVAC improvements including new split system and rooftop air conditioning/handling units. 12. Plumbing improvements include washer/dryer connections, new ice makers, replacing hot & cold water piping, dilution tank, gas piping, grease trap, waste piping, and hose replacement. 13. Replace broken glass block windows. 14. Remove and replace the sidewalk at the main entrance. 15. Replace domestic water pipe from water meter to building. 16. Replace sanitary sewer line from property line to building service entrance. 17. Remove and replace GFI receptacles at drinking. 18. Isolation valves.
