Renovation of a fire / police facility in Dearborn, Michigan. Completed plans call for the renovation of a fire / police facility.
Drain Replacement 1) Inspect the existing drainage system to assess the condition of drain and connections. 2) Removal and legal disposal of existing roof drain and all related components, including damaged and/or cracked plumbing lines. 3) Install a new roof drain and subsequent plumbing to code and local regulations. 4) Coordinate the height of the roof drain with the Roofing Contractor to ensure that the resulting roof system is in flush condition. 5) Test drain connections for leaks before completing the installation. Reference Number 0000376936 The City of Dearborn invites qualified contractors to submit bids for the purpose of replacing the roofs on Fire Stations 1 - 4.
