Site work for a water / sewer project in Indian Harbour Beach, Florida. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.

As of August 22, 2025 Project has not been awarded. Award will be on September 24, 2025 The City of Indian Harbour Beach is soliciting unsealed bids for the following project: Demolition of existing boathouse with the removal of current lift, and the installation of a new boathouse and the reinstallation of the existing boat lift. Project start date is scheduled for October 6, 2025. Project scope of work to include installing a new roof and reinstalling the existing boat lift. Roof framing to be constructed as follows: Roof structure shall be 24 long x 14 wide with a 4:12 roof slope. Pilings shall be 9 2.5 CCA treated. The roof support pilings shall be installed 8 into sand bottom. Ribbon beam shall be 2x10 No. 1 treated lumber fastened to pilings with 5/8 diameter stainless steel bolts. All roof joists shall be 2x6 No. 2 treated lumber with 5/8 treated plywood sheathing and 2/8 treated fascia. All straps for roof joists shall be stainless steel. Roofing shall be tile (allowance to be included). The City will provide a 4,500 pound Boat House Gear Remote Control Hi-Tide 2 motor Aluminum boat lift with wood bunks, to be reinstalled.
