Geotechnical Engineering Services Question Deadline 03/07/2025 at 5:00 PM CT The District reserves the right to postpone the deadline through an addendum. Procurement results will become available after approval by the Board of Trustees. CONTRACT - This Proposal, when properly accepted and approved by the Prosper Independent School District School Board of Trustees, shall constitute a Contract equally binding between the successful proposer(s) and the Prosper ISD. No different or additional terms will become part of this Contract with the exception of any addendum. TERM - The successful vendor(s) will enter into an annual contract for Geotechnical Engineering Services. The initial contract period shall be effective upon Board approval and be firm for one (1) year from the date of the award. The contract, upon agreement of both the successful vendor(s) and Prosper ISD, shall automatically extend for four (4) additional one (1) year periods unless terminated by either party. Prosper ISD has the option to extend this RFQ at the end of the performance period for up to 120 days if determined to be in the best interest of the district to ensure availability of products and/or services. Initial Contract Period: April 23, 2025 - April 22, 2026 Contract YR2 (Option): April 23, 2026 - April 22, 2027 Contract YR3 (Option): April 23, 2027 - April 22, 2028 Contract YR4 (Option): April 23, 2028 - April 22, 2029 Contract YR5 (Option): April 23, 2029 - April 22, 2030 Prior to the final selection, Proposers may be required to submit additional information, which the District may deem necessary to further evaluate the Proposer's qualifications. The District reserves the right to postpone the deadline through an addendum. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
