REHABILITATE GA APRON AND TAXIWAY AIP PROJECT NO. 3-56-0003-028-2025 AND 3-56-0003-029-2025, STATE PROJECT NO. ABY009A/B If any person contemplating submitting a proposal is in doubt as to the true meaning of any part of the drawings, specifications or other contract documents, or finds discrepancies in or omissions from the drawings or specifications, he/she may submit to the Engineer a written request for an interpretation or correction thereof. The person submitting the request will be responsible for its prompt delivery. Any interpretation or correction of the documents will be made only by addendum duly issued and copy of the addendum will be mailed or delivered to each person receiving a set of the contract documents. A All bids shall be submitted in accordance with and on the forms included in the Project Manual. The bidder's name and address shall appear in the lower left-hand corner of the envelope. Bids shall be submitted in a sealed envelope addressed to: Johnson County Airport Attn: Airport Manager 158 Airport Road Buffalo, Wyoming 82834 Bid Bond. All bids must be accompanied by lawful monies of the United States or a Cashier's Check, a Certified Check, Bid Bond, Bank Money Order or Bank Draft, drawn and issued by a National Banking Association located in the State of Wyoming, or by any Banking Corporation incorporated under the Laws of the State of Wyoming, in an amount equal to not less than ten (10) percent of the total bid, payable to the order of the Johnson County Airport as liquidated damages in the event said successful bidder shall fail or refuse to execute the contract in accordance with the terms of his bid. Performance and Payment Bond. After a contract is awarded, the successful bidder will be required to furnish a separate Performance and Payment Bond, each in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the contract. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive irregularities. The Bidder must supply all the information required by the bid documents and specifications. DBE Requirement. The Johnson County Airport has established an overall DBE goal for the year. Under this contract, the Airport Board is adopting a race-neutral means of facilitating DBE participation. Therefore, award of the Contract by the Sponsor will be made subject to concurrence of the FAA and WYDOT. Bidders may not withdraw Proposals for a period of ninety (90) days after the bid opening date.
