This Request for Tenders (the "RFT") is an invitation by The Regional Municipality of York (the "Region") to prospective bidders to submit bids for asphalt removal, paving using high reclaimed asphalt pavement warm mix asphalt and intersection improvements on Leslie Street from 130 m north of Commerce Valley Drive to 50 m south of Elgin Mills Road in the City of Richmond Hill, as further described in Section A of the RFT Particulars (Appendix A) (the "Work"). Bidders are advised that the Work will be performed during the 2025 construction season.
