**Project is awarded to Strawser Paving Co., Inc. with the amount of Base Bid $1,905,677.70 Alternate 1 $71,216.10 Alternate 2 $92,243.20 Alternate 3 $287,652.40 Alternate 4 $495,825.40 Alternate 5 $89,820.40 Alternate 6 $125,042.50 Alternate 7 $49,434 Alternate 8 $48,900 All labor, material, and services necessary for the 2025 Street and Trail Maintenance Program, which includes asphalt milling and overlay, asphalt full depth pavement repairs, concrete sidewalk improvements, curb ramp improvements, spot curb replacement, continuous curb replacement, crack sealing, asphalt path improvements, pavement markings, guardrail removal and replacement, and other related items (the "Project"), as more fully described in the Contract Documents prepared by EMH&T (''Design Professional''). This is a prevailing wage project. No Bidder may withdraw its bid within sixty (60) days after the bid opening. The Owner reserves the right to waive irregularities in bids, to reject any or all bids, and to conduct such investigation as necessary to determine the lowest and best bidder for each contract. The completion of work for the Base Bid shall be 150 calendar days from the Notice to Proceed.
