CR Number: 2118962 The project will include, but is not limited to the following: • Removal of strategically placed solar panel concrete roof ballasts. • Demolition and removals of the piping distribution system, electrical control panels, pumps, storage tanks, heat exchangers, related to the installation of the solar thermal system in mechanical rooms, chases and roofs, in Baylis Hall, G&H Dorm, and Vander Clute Hall. • Proper capping, termination, and safing off of all MEP systems supplying the nonfunctional Domestic Hot Water Solar Thermal System. • Roof repairs after removals by manufacturer’s certified roofing contractor. SUNY recommends that vendors file the required Vendor Responsibility Questionnaire online via the New York State VendRep System. To enroll in and use the New York State VendRep System, see the VendRep System Instructions available Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Set Aside: No Minority Owned Sub-Contracting Goal: 16.2% Women Owned Sub-Contracting Goal: 13.8% Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Business Contracting Goal: 6% RFQ must be submitted without any revision to format. Any SOQ submissions which deviate from the required format may be rejected. Submittal of forms that have been altered may also result in your SOQ being rejected.
