South elevation; • Grinding and tuckpointing; o Mobilise equipment and materials; o Provide and install niast-climbcr platform; o Grind 100% of south side common brick wall; o Rinse wall to remove all dust from joints; o Tuckpoint all joints using spec mix type N and strike with concave tool; and o Wash wall using miid detergent to clcan all smears from brick. » Wi ndow heads through wall flashing; q Rehabilitate steel lintel on eleven (11) windows and two (2) doors; o Provide and install new flashing system to prevent further corrosion of steel lintel; o Remove 3-4 courses of brick above the doors and windows to expose conodcd steel lintel; o Mechanically clean steel lintel to remove rust from the steel surface 100%; o Provide and install new stainless steel drip edge; o Provide and install flashing membrane to prevent and protect steel from moisture; o Provide and install new- brick and/or salvaged brick with cotton rope weeps installed at head joints of hrick installed every 12"-1S" to allow moisture to escapc if'when needed; and o Wash wall down with mild detergent to remove smears on brick surfacc. 2, North elevation; • Grinding and ttickpoinling; o Mobilize equipment and materials; p Provide and install mast-climber platform; o Grind 100% of south side common brick wall; o Rinse wall to remove all dust from joints o Tuckpoint all joints using spec mix type N and strike with concave tool; and o Wash wall using mild detergent to clean all smears from brick. • Window heads through wall flashing; 1. Rehabilitate steel lintel on four (4) windows, one (1) door and one (I) garage door facing cast; 2. Provide and install new flashing system to prevent further corrosion of steel lintel; 3. Remove 3^ courses of brick above doors and windows to expose corroded steel lintel; 4. Mechanically clean steel lintel to remove rust from the steel surface 100%
