The timeline for award has not yet been established.** the following work: 46,706 SY of a Double Bituminous Seal Coat using a Polymer Modified Emulsion, CRS-2PM (E-3M) or RS2PM (E2M) and #8 Stone with a 1.0% Loss by Wash followed by a Bituminous Fog Seal as per current PennDOT 408 Specifications/Section 472. All material to be complete in place in conformance with current PENNDOT Pub.408, Specifications. 25,881 SY of a Single Bituminous Seal Coat using a Polymer Modified Emulsion, CRS-2PM (E-3M) or RS-2PM (E-2M) and #8 Stone with a 1.0% Loss by Wash followed by a Bituminous Fog Seal as per current PennDOT 408 Specifications/Section 472. All material to be complete in place in conformance with current PENNDOT Pub.408, Specifications. All materials and workmanship must meet the requirements and standards of PennDOT Publication 408 - Specifications, and bidders must be PennDOT prequalified for Work Class "F4" Bituminous Surface Treatments.
