The Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment and incidental services necessary to perform all Work. All construction work shall be in compliance with the accompanying drawings, specifications and other contract documents. Division of the Work among Subcontractors, suppliers or vendors is solely the Contractors responsibility. Neither the Project Manager/Agency nor Consultant assumes any responsibility to act as an arbiter to establish subcontract terms between sectors or disciplines of work. For detailed Scope of Work refer to all drawings in conjunction with specifications and other contract documents. High level scope of work is as follows: 1. Replacement of two (2) existing gas fired domestic hot water boilers with air-source heat pumps 2. Replacement of two (2) existing gas fired make up air units with air source heat pump units 3. Replacement of existing domestic water and sanitary piping with new risers, horizontal piping and new connections to plumbing fixtures. 4. Replacement of utility transformer in hyrdro vault room with new utility pad mount transformer, complete with new switchgear, distribution panels and transformers. 5. Separate Price Item: Replacement of existing in-suite electric baseboard heaters with new packaged terminal air conditioner units complete with replacement of electrical panels, new breakers and new wiring. 6.
