Site work and new construction of a fire / police facility in Portland, Oregon. Conceptual plans call for the construction of a fire / police facility; and for site work for a fire / police facility.
City of Tigard is seeking proposals from qualified Architect/Engineer teams with demonstrated experience in working with public facilities for the design and construction of a new Police and Public Works Facility. No proposal will be considered unless fully completed in a manner provided in the Qualification Based RFP packet. All proposers are required to comply with the provisions of Oregon Revised Statutes (ORS) and Local Contract Review Board (LCRB) Policy. The City may reject any proposal not in compliance with all prescribed public bidding procedures and requirements and may reject for good cause any or all proposals upon a finding of the City if it is in the public interest to do so. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time. The estimated cost for all facility repairs has now grown to $18.27 million due to rising construction costs.
