As of April 14, 2026, this project is in preconstruction and awaiting a bond measure vote before moving forward. Both an architect and a general contractor have been awarded. While a firm construction timeline has not yet been established, construction is not expected to begin prior to first quarter 2027. City of Tigard is seeking proposals from qualified Architect/Engineer teams with demonstrated experience in working with public facilities for the design and construction of a new Police and Public Works Facility. No proposal will be considered unless fully completed in a manner provided in the Qualification Based RFP packet.
