Renovation of a mixed-use development in Mukwonago, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Project Location: Mukwonago District Office 385 E. Veterans Way Mukwonago, WI 53149 General 1. This project is not prevailing wage. 2. The Owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids or waive any irregularities in any bid, or to accept any bid which will best serve the interest of the owner 3. No bid may be withdrawn for 60 days after the bid opening. Bid bonds and performance bonds are not required. No oral explanation regarding the meaning of Drawings and Specifications will be made and no oral instructions will be given before award of a contract. Bidders shall bring discrepancies, omissions, conflicts, or doubt as to the true meaning of any part of contract documents to Mukwonago Area School District, attention at least five (5) days before the due date for bids. Prompt clarifications will be supplied to Bidders by Addendum. The Mukwonago Area School District is seeking proposals for qualified companies and experienced contractors to replace the piping on the current fire suppression dry system. In the past year, we have had two leaks in the system and it has been recommended to replace all the piping and add a nitrogen generator to maintain pressure. Bid bonds and performance bonds are not required.
