Site work for a mixed-use development in Bismarck, North Dakota. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field.
**As of June 03, 2025, the project was awarded to Paramount Builders Inc. (Project 1 – General Sibley Park & Campground) with an awarded amount of $$33,603.00, Paramount Builders Inc. ((Project 2 – Haaland Field in Cottonwood Park) with an awarded amount of $27,517.00, Brandoz Concrete Inc. (Project 3 – Wildwods Horseshoe Complex in Sertoma Park) with an awarded amount of $10,881.00, and Paramount Builders Inc. (Project 4 – Sleepy Hollow Park Shelter) with an awarded amount of $35,860.00. Board of Park Commissioners of the Bismarck Parks and Recreation District will receive sealed bids for concrete projects at Sleepy Hollow Arts Park, Wildwoods Horseshoe Complex, Aaron Haaland Memorial Baseball Field and General Sibley Park and Campground. The Board of Park Commissioners of the Bismarck Parks and Recreation District reserves the right to hold all bids for a period of thirty (30) days after the date fixed for the opening thereof and to reject any or all bids and to waive irregularities whenever it is in the best interest of the District. All bids shall be sealed and endorsed "2025 Concrete Projects". Bids must be submitted on forms provided by the Bismarck Parks and Recreation District and in accordance with specifications and conditions therein contained. Contractors requesting clarification or interpretation of any section of the bid and/or specifications shall contact David Mayer at (701) 222-6464 or dmayer@bisparks.org prior to the bid opening.
