Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Marietta, Georgia. Completed plans call for site work for a bridge / tunnel; sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
Project consists of the removal and replacement of a portion of the existing approach slab for the Chastain Meadows Parkway bridge over Noonday Creek and associated work. Project also includes the replacement of a section of water main underneath the approach slab. Project Duration: The time allowed for performance of the project will be 45 days from issuance of Notice to Proceed. The Cobb County Board of Commissioners reserves the right to reject all Bids and waive any formalities. Questions should be send via email, no later than 2:00 p.m. on Friday March 7, 2025, to procurementservices@cobbcounty.org.
