Parking Services Management for Exposition Park The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to elicit proposals to provide the Office of Exposition Park Management (OEPM) with Parking Services Management for Exposition Park. See Exhibit A for a complete description of services. The name of this RFP will herein be referred to as "Parking Services Management." Exposition Park is approximately 160 acres of public park space open 365 days per year from 6:00 AM - 10:00 PM. It is an open campus, there are no fences or gates to restrict pedestrian access. Exposition Park is currently home to the following world renowned cultural, educational, arts, entertainment and athletic venues: Natural History Museum, Los Angeles Memorial Coliseum, California Science Center, and Bank of Montrel (BMO) Stadium home to the Los Angeles Football Club and Angel City Football Club. The Contractor will provide Parking Services Management as described in Exhibit A. The Contractor will be responsible for providing on-site management and delivery of Parking Services Management for the OEPM as stipulated in this RFP. The objective is to attain Parking Services Management that ensure all parking areas including the parking structure, parking lots and parking along internal streets are maintained at the highest possible aesthetic condition and to the highest safety and cleanliness standards. In doing so, and unless specifically noted and pre-approved by the OEPM, the Contractor agrees to provide the OEPM with all labor, materials, tools, and equipment necessary to successfully perform all aspects of the scope of work under this contract. Proposals that are not separated and sealed (the narrative/technical component separate from the cost component) will be deemed ineligible. Both sealed envelopes should then be placed in one sealed package. a.The original proposal (narrative/technical proposal) must be marked "ORIGINAL COPY."
