Site work for a water / sewer project in Barry, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
Scope of Work: Replace water mains at five sites that total approximately 3,000 LF and replace sewer mains at three sites that total approximately 1,300 LF. The City of Barry reserves the right to reject any or all bids and accept or reject any bid items and/or sites and to waive any formalities in the bidding. The deadline to ask questions is 3/07/2025 12:00 AM CDT All questions must be submitted electronically through Online. Estimate: $410,250. All official notifications, addendums, and other Bidding Documents will be offered only through Civcast and may be viewed and dowloaded free of charge with the option to purchase hard copies. Neither the City of Barry nor Engineer, Tabor & Associates, Inc., will be responsible for Bidding Documents including addendums, if any, obtained from other sources. This project is subject to Buy America Build America (BABA) requirements by Title IX of the Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act, Public Law 177-58. This project is funded by Texas Department of Agriculture (TDA) - Office of Rural Affairs and payment under this contract must be processed through TDA. All Contractors and Subcontractors that are debarred, suspended, or otherwise excluded from or ineligible for participation on federal assistance programs may not undertake any activity in part or in full under this project.
