Renovation of a mixed-use development in Rockford, Illinois. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
FSEC shall furnish all labor, materials and service necessary for the installation of all foodservice equipment specified within this specification INCLUDING COORDINATION OF ALL REQUIRED ASSOCIATED MECHANICAL, ELECTRICAL AND PLUMBING trade services provided by Rockford Public Schools, District 205 (RPS) in strict accordance with the Contract Documents and local codes that is reasonably inferred. Unless otherwise noted all scope within this section is the responsibility of the FSEC. No extra charge will be allowed for that which the Food Service Equipment Contractor (FSEC) should have been familiar. Include all applicable provisions of RPS stated requirements, state and local codes, and including the included specifications. It shall be the responsibility of the FSEC and all trade contractors for this project to review all required scope, the entire requirements of this bid request and all portions of this section to determine scope. For the equipment to be installed at the RPS College and Career Education Center, the coordination of the utility connections with be with trade contractors performing construction related activities for the entire RPS CCEC project.
