Renovation of a mixed-use development in Uniontown, Kansas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a clubhouse / community center; library; and municipal facility.

The Library, community Center, and the City Clerk’s Office Upgrades bid has been awarded to Terry Nading City of Uniontown has received a SEED Grant for library, community center and city clerk's office upgrades Library - remove ceiling tile, install LED can lighting to match the lobby area, install new ceiling tile, install flooring to match the lobby area. Clerk's office - install LED can lighting to match the lobby and library areas, remove old flooring in hallway and office and install flooring to match the lobby and library areas, City Hall/Community Center - Reframe existing built-in bookshelf on west wall of clerk's office and install a bullet proof window with minimum of 1" thickness composed of 1/4 " glass, 1/2 " Lexan, 1/4 "glass.
