Deposit will not be returned if documents are muti lated or so marked that they are not reusable and/or if they are not returned to the Architect within ten (10) days after bids arereceived. Additional or partial sets may be purchased, at bidders' expense, (non-refundable) online. No bidder may withdraw its bid after the hour set for opening thereof, unless award is delayed for a period exceeding 90 days unlessnoted otherwise.
