The purpose of this request is to provide the City of Sioux Falls with formal bids for Denny Sanford Premier Center - Exterior Improvements, Bid Package B - Precast Repairs and Metal Panel Maintenance. Question Deadline 03/10/2025 at 5:00 PM CT Deadline to submit Questions Online. If you have any questions pertaining to this bid request please contact Becca Kollars 605-367-8968. The project consists of Precast Concrete Maintenance and Metal Panel Maintenance as described below and as indicated throughout the Bid Documents. a. Clean residue runs off interior wall panels in stairwells. b. Clean all exterior precast wall panels to remove efflorescence, dirt and other materials. c. Repair all precast cracks. d. Apply water repellant to all exterior precast wall surfaces. e. Clean exterior metal wall panels as indicated on plans. 1) Clean canopy metal panels.
