Wharton-Smith, Inc. is proudly the Construction Manager serving St. Johns County and is soliciting proposals from prequalified subcontractors for the construction of SJC Central Sportsplex Park GMP 2A Main Package The project consists of a new 40-acre site with scopes including, but not limited to the following: concrete; masonry; structural steel; roofing; sealants & waterproofing; fireproofing; doors, frames, & hardware; overhead doors; aluminum windows & storefront; gypsum wallboard assemblies; stucco; acoustical ceilings; resilient flooring; tile flooring/walls; painting; signage; toilet compartments & accessories; lockers; fire extinguishers; shade structures; aluminum pergolas; Bahama shutters; flagpoles; playground equipment; fitness equipment; pre-fab pavilions; food service equipment; athletic equipment; site furnishings; casework; bleachers; plumbing; HVAC; electrical; fencing; and landscaping and irrigation.
