Static Wayfinding Sign System Maintenance and Repair Services Questions Due Date: Mar 7th 2025, 5:00 PM EST Contract Duration: Open-End: One-Year Initial This open-end contract is for the furnishing of all labor, materials, services, and incidentals necessary to provide maintenance and repair of Static Wayfinding Signs for the Port Everglades Department and various other Broward County agencies that may have need of these services in accordance with the Specifications and Requirements. Bid Bond ***Prebid Notes : Directions: There are three (3) entrances into Port Everglades: (1) The 17th Street Causeway entrance located at Eisenhower Blvd., (2) State Road 84 entrance located just off US1, and (3) I-595 East entrance Exit 12b. ***Proper identification, such as, Driver's License or Passport is required for entry and your vehicle may be subject to search. Anticipate delays at checkpoints/entrances.*** Attendance at the pre-bid conference is optional. This information session presents an opportunity for vendors to clarify any concerns regarding the bid requirements. The vendor is cautioned that, although the pre-bid conference is optional, no modification or any changes will be allowed in the pricing because of the failure of the vendor(s) to have visited the site or to have attended the conference.
