Renovation of a mixed-use development in Indianapolis, Indiana. Completed plans call for the renovation of a museum.
** As of March 20, 2025, project was awarded to Love Heating and Air Conditioning , with no awarded amount available ** The work consists of replacement of outdated hvac equipment for nine separately-zoned systems within an historic building. G. Initiation and Completion of the Work 1. Contingent upon execution of the construction agreement, the Owner will authorize the Contractor to begin work. 2. Substantial Completion of the Work shall be no later than Friday, May 2, 2025. H. Payments to the Contractor 1. For projects lasting over 30 days, progress payments will be made monthly and will be paid within 30 days of submission of pay application. 2. Final payment will be made upon final approval of the work by the Owner, Architect, and the Program Area Staff of the Indiana Department of Natural Resources, Division of Historic Preservation and Archaeology (see below). 3. An amount equal to 15% of the approved pay application amount will be withheld from each pay application until final approval of the work is received
