Site work for a municipal facility in Oakdale, New York. Completed plans call for site work for a municipal facility.
The work covered by these Specifications shall include all materials supervision, labor, trucks, tools, equipment and any other item of expense necessary to perform and complete required grading, material placement, clearing, excavating, and miscellaneous sitework at various Authority-owned, commercial facilities, well-fields, pump stations, tank sites and pipe lines during the period of this Contract, all in accordance with the Specifications or as otherwise required. The Contractor is to own a minimum of six (6) of all equipment items listed in the "Bidder's Proposal." The Authority at its discretion may require the Contractor to show satisfactory evidence of equipment ownership, to ensure conformance with the above. A separate Purchase Order with supplemental details and a drawing, subject to the terms and conditions of the Contract, will be issued to the Contractor for each specific job or group of jobs stipulating quantities and unit prices for all items of the work to be performed.
