The City is interested in performing field studies to confirm the presence or absence of mussels and snails within the regulatory mixing zones of the Missouri River for its' Blue River, Birmingham, and Westside Wastewater Treatment Plants (WWTPs); all three of which discharge to the Missouri River. The Basic Scope of Services consists of professional engineering services to provide sampling and analysis at the City's Westside, Birmingham and Blue River WWTP's discharges to the Missouri River (described in more detail in Exhibit B). Commercial Automobile Liability Insurance: with a limit of $1,000,000 written on an "occurrence" basis, covering owned, hired, and non-owned automobiles. If the Design Professional owns vehicles, coverage shall be provided on an "any auto" basis. If the Design Professional does not own any vehicles, coverage shall be provided on a "hired autos" and "nonowned autos" basis. The insurance will be written on a Commercial Business Auto form, or an acceptable equivalent, and will protect against claims arising out of the operation of motor vehicles, as to acts done in connection with the Agreement, by Design Professional.
