It is the 7th most populous County in Illinois. The governing body is the County Board, which is comprised of twenty members. The County has eighteen (18) constructed facilities in various locations totaling approximately 1,684,230 SF. The Base Bid for FLOORING REPLACEMENT FOR WINNEBAGO COUNTY ADULT PROBATION will be awarded to the lowest responsive, responsible Bidder/Contractor meeting specifications.
