Site work, paving and new construction of a medical facility in Amarillo, Texas. Working plans call for the construction of a 162,189-square-foot, three-story above grade, 75-bed medical facility; for site work for a medical facility; and for paving for a medical facility.
The Panhandle State Hospital in Amarillo, TX has already been awarded to Lott Brothers as the Construction Manager and we are currently soliciting sub bids only for Division 27 and 28 (with the exception of Fire Alarm). The project is a 162,189sf 3-Story building with 75 in patient beds and supporting treatment spaces. The client is The Texas Department of Health and Human Services and will be Tax Exempt for materials fully utilized in the construction of the project from state and local taxes. Project is subject to Wage Rate, Certified Payroll, E-Verify, and requirements. Subcontractor selections will be based on best value and evaluated based on Cost, Thoroughness/Understanding of Scope, Experience working on similar projects, Safety Record, and Financial Capability.
