Proposals must be accompanied by a bid bond, or certified check or bank check in the amount of 10% of the total bid, payable to the City of East Cleveland as a guarantee that the bidder will enter into an agreement with terms as specified in said proposal and agreed upon by the City Council. Each proposal must contain the full name and address of all person (s) and /or companies interested. Please note the proposal should be in complete conformity with the specifications issued by the City of East Cleveland, Ohio.
