Renovation of an educational facility in Middle Island, New York. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Requests for information (RFI) will only be received in writing or electronically. Deadline for RFI's will be 10:00 AM on February 27, 2025. Any question or comment received after this time will not be answered. All RFI responses will be issued through written addendum. Each proposal submitted must be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond, made payable to the "LONGWOOD CENTRAL SCHOOL DISTRICT", in an amount equal to ten percent (10%) of the total amount of the bid, as a commitment by the bidder that, if its bid is accepted, it will enter into a contract to perform the work and will execute such further security as may be required for the faithful performance of the contract. The Board reserves the right to reject any or all bids, or portions thereof, or alternates, or alternatives, to waive any informality and to accept such bids, or portions thereof, or alternates, or alternatives which, in the opinion of the Board, are in the best interests of the School District.
