This is a notice of intent that AFSC/PZABB anticipates issuing a using other than full and open competition procedures to award a new Firm Fixed Price requirements contract. This repair effort is for the AN/ALR-56M UP Converter (NSN: 5963-01-362-9731EW) and Frequency Selectable Oscillator (NSN: 5955-01-362-4598EW). The period of for the contract/order will extend through a twelve-month basic period and one 12-month ordering period. FAR Part 15 Procedures will be utilized. will be available for viewing or downloading from SAM.gov website only. NO HARD COPIES WILL BE ISSUED. Restricted to: Narda Holdings, Inc., cage code 94S46. Authority: 10 USC 3204(a)(1), or FAR 6.302-1 Justification: Supplies (or Services) required are available from Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, all proposals received within thirty days after date of publication of this synopsis will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. It is suggested that firms interested in subcontracting opportunities in connection with the described procurement make contact with the firm(s) listed. Foreign participation at the prime contractor level is not permitted. Specifications, plans, or drawings related to this procurement are incomplete or not available and cannot be furnished by the Government. OMBUDSMAN: All potential offeror(s) should contact identified as the primary and alternate POC in this post for additional information and/or to communicate concerns, if any, concerning this acquisition. If the Contracting Officer does not satisfy your concerns, an Ombudsman has been appointed to hear serious concerns that are not resolved through established channels. The purpose of the Ombudsman is not to diminish the authority of the Program Director or Contracting Officer, but to communicate serous contractor concerns, issues, disagreements, and recommendations to the appropriate Government personnel. When requested, the Ombudsman will maintain strict confidentiality as to the source of the concern. The Ombudsman does not participate in the evaluation of proposals or in the source selection process. When appropriate, potential offeror(s) may contact Ombudsman Thomas Eller, D.B.A at 478-222-3931.
