Site work for a bridge / tunnel in Fremont, Nebraska. Completed plans call for site work for a bridge / tunnel.
The Work Shall Include All Labor, Materials, Transportation, and Equipment Required for the Construction of: Sta. 13+67 Build Twin 12' X 6' X 68' Concrete Box Culvert. Proposals Must Be Signed and Submitted on the Forms Furnished With the Bid Documents. Please Only Submit Division . Each Bidder Will Be Required to Submit With His Proposal a Bid Bond or Certified Check Made Payable, Without Condition, to the County Treasurer of County, Nebraska, in an Amount Equal to Five (5) Percent of Their Proposal. The Bidder to Whom the Contract is Awarded Shall Furnish Within Ten (10) Days After the Award a Surety Bond or Bonds in a Sum Equal to the Full Amount of the Contract. The Form of the Bonds and Surety Shall Be Acceptable to the County Board of Supervisors. The Bidder Will Include an Estimated Time of Beginning and Completion for the Project With The Proposal. The Contractor Will Be Allowed 60 Calendar Days for Completion of the Work. The Required Completion Date of the Project is November 7, 2025. The County Supervisors Reserves the Right to Reject Any and All Bids, to Pass Upon the Regularity, and to Waive Any Irregularities. Awarding of the Contract Will Be in Accordance With the Provisions of Competitive Bidding.
