The Board of Regents of the University System of Georgia, Owner, will receive sealed bids from contractors or the provision of FF&E "Equipment Package 2 for West Campus Dining, Learning and Well-Being Center" located at 301 E Cloverhurst Ave, Building 2267, Athens GA 30602. The work to be done consists of furnishing all materials, labor, tools, skills, equipment, shop drawings, samples and incidentals for the successful completion of the aforementioned project. Each bid must be accompanied by a bid bond executed by the bidder and surety company authorized to transact business in the State of Georgia, in the sum of not less than five percent (5%) of the total amount of the base bid. Said bond will be returned to unsuccessful bidders as soon as the Contract between the Owner and the successful bidder has been executed by the Owner. IMPORTANT: All items in this Equipment package are considered Sole Brand unless they are identified on the Pricing Schedule with an Asterick.
