The City of Vista is requesting proposals from teams composed of a qualified engineering firm (lead consultant) and landscape architectural firm (subconsultant) to provide professional services for design surveying, underground utility survey, engineering design, landscape design, traffic signal design and construction support for the North Santa Fe Ave Landscape and Irrigation with New Pedestrian crossing at Washington Street project. All interested firms must have sufficient, readily available resources in the form of trained personnel, support services, specialized subconsultants, and financial resources to carry out the work without delay or shortcomings. Question Submission Deadline: March 12, 2025, 4:00pm Complete Negotiation of Agreement: April 24, 2025 Any questions shall be submitted through Electronically. Council Award (tentative):May 27, 2025 The City reserves the right to delay the project or reject any or all proposals submitted, and no representation is made hereby that any contract will be awarded pursuant to this RFP or otherwise. A Notice to Proceed for this project is tentatively scheduled to be issued in June 2025. Upon issuance of Notice to Proceed, the Consultant shall submit a detailed schedule for the project including milestones and progress reports. All dates are subject to change, and the City reserves the right to extend the date by which proposals are due. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
