Contractor agrees to provide to the Department of California Highway Patrol (CHP) North Sacramento Area office the services described herein: furnish all supplies, materials, tools, equipment, labor, personnel, and supervision; pay all taxes, insurance, bonds, license and permit fees, and all other direct and indirect costs necessary to provide quarterly Automatic Gates Replacement and Relocation Services in accordance with the terms set forth in this Agreement. A. License Requirement: Contractor State Licensing Board, A-General Engineering. B. Contractor shall provide a Certificate of Insurance in accordance with the Insurance Requirements found in this Agreement (Exhibit E). C. Contractor shall provide a Payment Bond (STD. 807) equal to 100 percent of the value of the Agreement. Contractor shall complete the State of California, Standard Form 807, in duplicate, and submit prior to the execution of the Agreement. The Department of Highway Patrol (CHP) is soliciting bids from firms that are able to provide Automatic Gates Replacement and Relocation Services, at North Sacramento Area Office. All bidders for this solicitation, must meet the minimum DVBE participation requirement of 5%. The term of the resulting agreement is anticipated to be effective from June 01, 2025 through May 31, 2026. Contractor shall provide a Payment Bond (STD. 807) equal to 100 percent of the value of the Agreement. the successful bidder shall furnish an original faithful performance bond and a duplicate copy in a sum not less than one hundred percent (100%) of the total amount payable under the contract.
