Reference Number 0000377371 Bid Intent Not Available The Grand Junction Housing Authority ("GJHA") is seeking Statements of Qualifications ("SOQs") from experienced, values driven, affordable housing developers, non- or for- profit, for a partnership to develop approximately 3-4 acres (or more) in the northwest corner of the property located at 450 28 Road, Grand Junction, CO 81501, commonly known as The Salt Flats. Question Deadline 03/04/2025 at 4:00 PM MT Questions are submitted online Yes, All questions or any information relative to interpretation of this RFQ shall be submitted via online by the Questions Deadline noted in the RFQ Tentative Schedule. A Submittal must be firm and valid for award and shall not be withdrawn or canceled by Proposer for sixty (60) calendar days following the Submittal Due Date. GJHA reserves the right to make the award based on the proposal deemed most favorable, to waive any formalities or technicalities, and to reject any or all proposals for any reason.
