Site work and addition to an educational facility in Saint-Lambert, Quebec. Design plans call for site work for a educational facility; and for the addition of a 40,150-square-foot, three-story above grade educational facility.
Expansion and redevelopment of the owner's facilities located at 900 rue Riverside in Saint-Lambert to address the recognized space deficit by adding spaces dedicated to student activities, science laboratory, teaching and physical education premises. Scope of work, budget and timelines of the project implementation are being finalized. TIMELINE Contract for architectural services to complete design and monitor construction work has been awarded. Contract for for civil, structural, mechanical and electrical engineering services has been awarded following request for proposals # 3W24400-I. Reference number: 20065465. Preliminary study are to be completed in December, 2025. Detailed design is expected to start in May and complete in November, 2026. Tender for general contractor is anticipated in winter, 2026/2027. Construction is planned to start in April, 2027, and complete in October, 2028. Further update in late 2025.
